Application & Selection
Our selection process is designed to do two things; help us to see your full potential and what you are capable of, and help you to find out what kind of business ENGIE is.
Our process consists of three main stages:
An online application
You’ll need to select the scheme that you are interested in and fill in the online application form, submitting your CV and a cover letter. First impressions count, so make it count! Depending on the scheme you have applied for, you may be invited to complete an online numerical or verbal reasoning test.
If we like your application form we will invite you to take part in our first round interview where we will focus on your motivations for joining ENGIE and our core competencies
Those who pass the interview round will be invited to an assessment centre, which includes a variety of interactive group and individual activities.
We will help you prepare for these so that you have the best chance of impressing us. If you’re not successful at this stage, we will give you feedback to help you improve and as an appreciation of the time you have given us.
