Diversity & inclusion

Our vision is to create a workforce that represents the diverse customers and clients we serve and an inclusive culture where everyone feels able to be themselves and thrive.

Being a fair employer is one of our key responsible business principles and we focus on supporting employees to be themselves at work and enabling them to achieve their full potential.

As part of this approach, ENGIE has launched UK employee networks to drive positive cultural change.

Careers

Career development

We encourage people to build their networks on a global and industry-wide scale.

Building the future together

We have a Young Professional Network in ENGIE, which links together young people not only in the UK, but throughout the ENGIE Group. With numerous events throughout the year, the YPN is a forum for ENGIE employees to discuss topics in the industry, share best practice, network and learn from each other. Employees are encouraged to bring their own topics to the table and invite external/internal guests for presentations. The YPN opens up ENGIE employees to the workings of the wider ENGIE group and energy industry at large.

Mobility and Exposure

ENGIE has implemented an ambitious geographical and functional mobility policy that employees can take advantage of.

Training

We want our people to be experts in their field. That’s why we offer a broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective and individual training and personalised support programmes, such as mentoring and coaching.
