ENGIE’s Natalie Keaney is in the Top 40 of the under-40s
Natalie Keaney, ENGIE’s Head of Bid Management & Quality, has been awarded a winning place in the ‘Top 40 under 40’, a prestigious international competition run by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
Run annually, the ‘Top 40 under 40’ award recognises up-and-coming professionals who have already made a noticeable impact on the bidding and proposals profession. As such, it considers career accomplishments, contributions to the industry and beyond, and aspirations related to the industry.
Natalie’s commitment to the development of others particularly caught the judges’ attention, as she has worked tirelessly to help her peers complete APMP Foundation training and go on to Practitioner level. Her most notable achievement is the Business Development Academy she has created for nearly 200 business development professionals within ENGIE – helping to standardise the way the company works on bids.
Colin Macpherson, Business Development Director for ENGIE UK & Ireland commented: “Natalie hugely deserves this international recognition for her work in raising standards, honing best practice and sharing her expertise and enthusiasm with colleagues. She is undoubtedly a great asset to ENGIE and its customers.”
