Managing Director – B2B UK
Rob brings over 21 years of experience in UK B2B Energy Supply and Finance, with 14 years in Executive Board and Managerial roles across the UK Energy Market. A Chartered Management Accountant by trade, Rob began his career with Gaz de France and has held various roles across Finance, Operations, Risk, Internal Control, Strategy, and Business Transformation.
In 2015 Rob led the integration Programme bringing Services & Supply together within the UK Business Unit. He returned to Finance in 2017 to oversee the organic growth and subsequent divestment of our B2C portfolio. Upon Equans separation in 2021, Rob was integral to the investment case to maintain ownership and grow the UK B2B market share. He was then appointed to the UK Country Management Team, as UK CFO, where he setup a new team and infrastructure to support the UK GBUs.
He returned to GEMS exclusively in 2024 and has been part of the Financial Accuracy Programme within SEM, bringing the learnings and best practices of the various B2B geographies together.
