This form is to be submitted if you are a customer moving out of a commercial property currently supplied by ENGIE or a broker/landlord acting on a tenants behalf.

Our SME customers can do this quicker and more efficiently through their Online Account, simply login/register  and follow the instructions on screen.

Either MPAN, MPRN or Serial Number – If multiple meters, please include all, separated by commas* If you have multiple meters with the same CoT date and same incoming customer you can apply them all to this form, separated by commas. For multiple meters with different incoming customer or CoT date please use separate forms
Please also attach a picture of your meter showing the reading and MSN if accessible. Failure to provide meter reads may result in bills being issued to estimates.
