With over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, Kirti is Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at ENGIE UK. Her focus is on steering strategic initiatives, leading transformation activities, M&A Integration, and driving alignment across business functions. Kirti seeks to enhance business performance while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and championing cross-functional alignment.

As part of this work, she established the UK entity and was subsequently appointed Country lead.
Before joining ENGIE, Kirti spent three years at Centrica, where she led public sector sales, negotiated energy performance agreements, secured the company’s first Energy-as-a-Service contract and supported government energy procurement initiatives. She also spent a decade at EDF Energy, where she delivered the company’s inaugural energy market risk policy, its first healthcare energy performance contract and optimised nuclear outage placements.
A Chartered Accountant with a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick, Kirti is committed to driving positive change through her work.
